The journey
The itinerary begins with a Cape of Good Hope loop, then leaves Cape Town for the Cederberg and onward through South Africa. In Namibia, the named stops include Okiep, Fish River Canyon, Keetmanshoop, Klein Aus Vista and Windhoek. The group continues into Botswana, travelling via Ghanzi and Maun in the Okavango Delta. One day’s excursion leaves the motorcycle route for a mokoro trip in the delta; the tour then resumes through Elephant Sands Camp and Kasane. The final chapters bring the riders to Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe, including a visit to the falls themselves.
