Riding Across Kyushu Japan Solo is a motorcycle-travel film from Ride Thru, selected for its journey-led storytelling. This is the Kyushu chapter of Project 47 — my solo motorcycle journey across all 47 prefectures of Japan. Before the journey moved north, Kyushu became the first real chapter: seven prefectures across southern Japan, from volcanic mountains and coastal roads to quiet villages, historic sites, waterfalls, museums, campsites, and places I never expected to stay with me. This is not a guide to the best tourist spots in Kyushu.
